SILVERTON MOUNTAIN: "REDEFINING" CAMPAIGN

 

Silverton Mountain is more than a little different from ordinary ski areas. That means the advertising needs to be different, too. It needs to grab the attention of skiers and snowboarders looking for a new thrill and scream, “You gotta get up here!” And that is what this campaign is all about. This target audience loves a challenge, and we’re throwing down the figurative ski glove gauntlet. By redefining traditional snow related terms in the messaging, we are making the point that Silverton Mountain has redefined the ski resort experience in an exciting, dramatic way. Using the tagline, “Not for the timid” further reinforces the point. We love this direction, and hope you do, too.
